We may record live or online events. If you choose to appear on camera, speak, ask a question, post in chat, submit comments, or otherwise participate, your name, image, voice, comments, questions or other participation may be captured in a recording or replay.

Where practical, we may provide ways to participate without appearing on camera or being publicly identified.

You should not share personal, sensitive or confidential information in group settings, chat messages, live questions, or event discussions unless you are comfortable with that information being seen or heard by others in that setting.
